Mel Blouse (Women's Cut)
The sister to Albino Accord, Melanistic Menagerie is here in all of her dark glory...
✦ Mel is made from a super soft/light-weight poly/cotton batiste. The sleeves are 100% polyester chiffon.
✦ She zips up the back via invisible zipper.
✦ Ruffles around the neck are made from the same lace that’s used in the print, chiffon, and batiste.
✦ Sleeve ruffles are feature a row of the same lace used throughout this series, and wrists are elasticized.
✦ Satin bow is removable.
✦ A note: In the back, all the ruffles are sewn into the zipper seam, HOWEVER I realized how bad of an idea this was after finishing it, (like when I was trying to tuck the salopette straps under the ruffles for pictures, and it was super dumb lol) and yours will not have this - the ruffles will not be sewn into that seam. You can see what I mean on the mens’ cut.

☛ Turnaround time. As per usual, I can’t give exact time frames as I’m not exactly sure how many orders I’ll get. And like always, I wait until reservations are over to order fabric, which takes me the longest to get (about 2-3 weeks typically). So at the very, very shortest, we’re looking at maybe 4 weeks for the first few orders placed, and anywhere up to 8-12 weeks or so to fulfill them all? And this is after the reservation window has closed. I do my best to get orders out in a timely manner, but it’s hard to give exact timeframes, and sometimes larger orders take me several days or even a week to finish alone.
I understand this can be frustrating, but I really do appreciate your patience and continued support of my work ❤
