FAQs & General Info

    • I find sizing to be really arbitrary and confusing at times, so I work with actual garment measurements rather than vague letters or numbers.

    • For ready-to-ship pieces, measurements are given in inches. These measurements are taken on the garment, lying flat.

    • For made-to-order, you can give your measurements in either inches or centimeters. It honestly doesn't matter to me either way.

    • You can always include additional measurements or clarifications in the 'notes' section when checking out. Or just send an email/dm me on Instagram. I have no problem helping out, sometimes things can be confusing and I'd rather everyone have the correct information so you can have a garment that fits the best.

  • I accept all major credit cards and Paypal.

  • Yes! I'm always down for a payment plan. As of right now I still do it the old fashioned way: through Paypal invoices. I do like to get 30% down, and the rest can be paid off at your leisure (within reason of course). I'm pretty laid back when it comes to these as I know we all have different financial situations and I'm open to working with you/being patient lol.

  • Unfortunately, sales tax is a mandatory thing that I have to collect on all orders coming in from the lovely state of Ohio.

    • I always ship via USPS. During checkout you can choose either Ground Advantage (2-5 business days) or Priority (2-3 business days). All orders come with a tracking number.

    • International orders are also shipped via USPS Priority International (6-10 business days). Apologies on the high price - that is truly the cost it is to ship, and it only increases every year. If you are overcharged, I will gladly refund you the difference.

    • Currently due to VAT policies, I no longer ship to most European countries :(

  • If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please email or dm me on Instagram, and I will cancel your order and refund you 100%. This goes for either made-to-order or ready-to-ship.

    • For made-to-order: I typically do not give refunds, since these pieces are made for you, with your specifications in mind. I will not give refunds if you've given me the wrong information/incorrect measurements/chosen the wrong colorway, etc. Unless there's a glaring issue with fit, or a mistake made on my end, I will consider it.

    • For ready-to-ship: I will consider on a case-by-case basis.

    • Either way, feel free to email or dm me on Instagram if you have a return concern. Customer will be responsible for shipping garment back if we decide to move forward with the return. Tags must also still be attached, and garment must be in good/unworn condition.

  • I haven't taken on commissions in years, but no I'm still not open for commissions/custom requests.

  • (insert print name of your choice here)?? No, probably not. Prints are exhausting to do and expensive to make. I have no plans on re-releasing any prints any time soon.

  • Hell yeah! I love working with artists. Unfortunately I am not looking to make any prints at this time, and don't think I'd have any work for you :(

  • lol because i'm terrible at responding to emails. I am just 1 person, and sometimes things get overwhelming and I fall behind. I promise it's not personal - I'm not maliciously ignoring you, I just haven't seen your message yet and am probably sewing 2 feet away from my computer. (I do respond quicker to Instagram DMs)
