Black Sabbath Vest
NOTE: DUE TO REASONS OUT OF MY CONTROL, THE FABRIC FOR THIS WILL HAVE TO BE SWITCHED TO A POLYESTER LINEN >_< The manufacturer changed something about the linen I used for many pieces in my shop (making it reallyyyy shiny and kinda scratchy/cheap feeling??), and so I have to change suppliers and probably go with a polyester that imitates linen. This may be no big deal for most of you, but I felt it was important to call attention to, as your piece may look slightly different from the photos. The new stuff I’ll probably be going with is incredibly soft though and less prone to wrinkles, so that’s a silver lining I guess?
So pleased with how this turned out! So happy to finally make a solid, black ouji vest <3
† Made from a lovely linen blend, and fully lined with a polyester lining.
† Skirt is finished with a small lace, and crosses are stitched into place along the hem.
† FYI the skirt is quite full, and can accommodate a petti. Skirt is also split in the back.
† Each lapel features a small black cross, stitched in place.
† Buttons up the front with a few simple black buttons.
✄ Sample is made at the 18” skirt length.
